We gladly exchange defective, damaged, or unused goods. If you need to exchange your product, please read the information below.
• We accept exchanges of items that are on https://ikrambellanova.shop/  Purchases are only eligible for refunds up to 30 days after the original purchase.
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your invoice. Write on the invoice which items are to be exchanged.
• If there is a cost difference compared to an exchange, one of our customer service representatives can contact you for further information.
• You are responsible for return shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable.
